"Course was fine, but the certificate didn’t work for me"
The course itself was okay and straightforward, but I ran into issues because the certificate wasn’t accepted where I needed to use it, lol. Kind of frustrating since that was the main reason I took it.

"Pretty easy to enrol, just a tiny wait"
Signing up was straightforward. I did it one afternoon while having a coffee at my kitchen table, and most of the steps were clear enough. I did have to wait a little while for one reply, which was a bit annoying, but nothing major. In the end, my details got sorted properly and everything went through fine.

"The assessment didn’t leave me in the dark"
I used londonschoolobs.com, the assessment section was clear, which felt like a small miracle because these things can get confusing fast. I knew what was expected, what steps to follow, and didn’t have to battle my way through endless vague instructions. A couple of parts could’ve used a bit more explanation, but overall it was simple enough to understand. Solid 4 stars from me.

"Solid payment options, just a small hiccup"
I’d give it 4 stars. The payment options on londonschoolobs.com were straightforward, and I appreciated having a few ways to pay instead of being boxed into one choice. I’m a bit particular about checkout pages and expect them to be quick and clear, and overall this one met that standard. One step did take a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, a good experience...

"Just Didn't Live Up to What I Expected"
It wasn’t bad, but for the price, I expected a little more. I went in thinking it would feel more worth the money, but it ended up being just okay. Nothing was really terrible, it just left me feeling like I probably could’ve spent that money on something better.

"Admin was okay, just a bit slow"
i mean, the admin team did get my paperwork sorted in the end, so I can’t complain too much. It just took a few days to hear back each time, and I did have to chase them once to keep things moving.

"Pretty good overall, but I felt a little rushed"
Overall, it was helpful and I’d still recommend it. The only thing is that it felt a bit slow at times, and I kind of felt pressured to make a decision before I was fully ready. Still, the experience was mostly good.

"Refund process just felt off"
I asked for a refund after getting the feeling the course wasn’t really for me. It took longer than I expected to hear back, and I had to follow up a few times, which was annoying. They did eventually respond and sort it out, but the whole thing felt slower and less clear than it should’ve been. My gut says it could’ve been handled a lot more smoothly. Not a terrible experience, but definitely frustrating

"Customer service could use some work"
I’d probably give this 2 stars, honestly. I had an issue and support took quite a while to get back to me, and I ended up having to follow up myself. When they finally replied, it didn’t really fix the problem either. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it felt like the customer service could definitely be better.

"Support was helpful overall"
I had a couple questions while going through the course, and support usually got back to me quickly. One response took a little longer than I expected, but I’m sure they were just busy. Overall, they seemed helpful and polite, so I’d say it was a good experience.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the online classes ended up being really easy to follow. The lessons were simple, and everything worked fine for me overall.

"Worth it overall, with a few little annoyances"
I had a solid experience with London School OBS overall. The course details were easy enough to understand, and when I had a question, support got back to me without any hassle. A few pages were a bit slow and not the most user-friendly, which was slightly frustrating, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. For the value, I think it’s a good option, and I’d be happy to use them again...

i mean, I was actually happy with the learning materials from londonschoolobs.com. They were clear, easy to follow, and didn’t feel overly complicated. A few sections took me a little longer to get through, but the notes and examples really helped. Overall, it was a good experience and I feel a lot more confident now.

"Do a Little Extra Checking First"
I looked into their accreditation and at first glance it seemed legit enough, but some of the details were harder to verify than I expected. I’m not saying it’s definitely a problem, but I’d definitely warn others not to just take it at face value. Do your own digging before trusting it completely.

"I really liked how flexible the course..."
I really liked how flexible the course was. I could work on it around my job and family stuff (which is a lot most weeks), without feeling pressured to rush through anything. Being able to study whenever I had a free moment made a big difference and helped me a lot.

"Actually learned useful stuffff"
I picked up skills I can actually use, not just a bunch of theory. The tasks felt close to real work, which made everything click a lot more. By the end, I felt wayyy more confident putting what I learned into practice.

"Some good tutors, but I’d trust your gut"
My tutor definitely knew the subject and was good at breaking things down in a way that made sense. I picked up a few helpful tips and did feel more confident after some of the lessons, so there were definitely positives.
That said, a few sessions felt a little rushed, and not every tutor was great at answering follow-up questions. Overall, it was okay, but I’d say trust your instinct after the first couple of sessions and see if the tutor really feels like the right fit for you.

"I signed up for the courses kind of..."
I signed up for the courses kind of randomly one evening after dinner, mostly because I’d been meaning to update my CV for ages and kept putting it off. They ended up being really useful, and I was able to add a few solid skills that made my profile look much better. Not long after, I got a better job at work, which felt great.

"I got through it in the end..."
I got through it in the end, but it dragged on much longer than I thought it would. I wasn’t expecting it to turn into such a stressful thing, and that kind of made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.
